Adrian McCourt is our Managing Director and lead consultant.
As a member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD) and over 20 years experience, Adrian’s primary focus has been to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable performance. He has designed and implemented business strategies, applied new structures and processes, and set comprehensive goals for sales growth. He has confidently evaluated performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics and led teams to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Adrian has successfully developed a highly profitable business from start up to £10m turnover, directing strategy towards the profitable growth of the company. He has substantial experience across multiple sectors in company acquisitions and disposals, totalling over £100m and led teams on successful tender bids to win multi-million-pound contracts. Throughout his career he has managed client relationships in both the private and public sector and also experience of completing business restructuring strategy in both growth and decline models.
Having demonstrable experience on delivering Government funded programmes across three operating divisions; Skills, Employability and Justice, he has extensive knowledge of government-led initiatives, a demonstrable record of performance and service delivery improvement and significant experience of people and supply chain management.
Adrian’s enthusiasm is clear to see when engaged as a business and management consultant in projects and he takes personal pride in collaborating with others to achieve their goals.
